Well here we go again, folks. I have not blogged on a few weeks, just waiting for life to spit out another opportunity to chatter incessantly at you but here I find myself, ready to do just that. 

A short break to the lovely (rainy) Lake District is the order of the day and guess what.. I have my young lad with me!...double adventure! He says hello....well actually...he shrugs his shoulders and cheerfully says 'ok' when asked if he wants to say hello😂

So off we head to the train station on a rather rickety bus with wonderfully gloomy (excellent juxtaposition) skies looming overhead....this should be top banana...read on, dear traveller... .
